We did it!!

Thank you everyone for your generosity. The amount that we have raised is overwhelming :o)

I walked the 10K as planned (I did have a few short jogging spurts but not many!). I finished in 1:42:07 which I am happy with. At first I expected to finish in 2 hours and then I decided on 1:45 so I was slightly ahead of my target. I ranked 26674 overall and 6643 for my age group and gender.

I didn't feel tired after it but my legs where achey so definately needed a stop! I was disappointed that it rained - I hate being out in the rain at the best of times - so my last 3Km was miserable but it was worth it.

Definately 1 that I can tick off my "things to do before I die list" but not one that I would willingly repeat!!

Congratulations to my family, everyone did fab and should be really proud of themselves xx
