Went to the physio yesterday and my injury is healing and he even hinted I may be able to run part of the 10k now, fingers crossed :-)

Got my 10k pack yesterday and I am in the green wave which sets off at 11:05am, it will mean I miss seeing James finish though although he will no doubt be finished before I even start
